Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Entry

• Visitors must book their visit in advance by selecting a date, time slot, and number of visitors on the website.

• Entry is allowed only for the selected date and time slot.

• Late arrivals may not be accommodated if it affects other bookings.

2. Pricing

• The entry fee is ₹100 per person for visitors above 5 years of age.

• Children below 5 years can enter free of charge.

• Prices mentioned at the time of booking are final and inclusive of basic access to the farm.

3. Payment

• Full payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Once booked, appointments are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• The farm management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund may be provided.

5. Visitor Guidelines

• Visitors are expected to follow farm rules and staff instructions at all times.

• Damaging plants, littering, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

• The farm is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the visit.

6. Safety & Liability

• Entry to the farm is at the visitor’s own risk.

• The farm management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues occurring during the visit.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

7. Weather Conditions

• Farm visits are subject to weather conditions.

• In case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, visits may be postponed or canceled.

8. Photography & Media

• Personal photography is allowed.

• The farm reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes unless explicitly objected to by the visitor.

9. Right to Admission

• The farm management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who violate the terms, behave inappropriately, or disrupt others.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a visit, visitors agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
