Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. All bookings made on the website are non-refundable once confirmed.
  2. Refunds will be provided only if the booking is canceled by the farm management due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. In case of cancellation by the farm, visitors may choose between:
    • A full refund, or
    • Rescheduling the visit to another available date and time.
  4. No refunds will be issued for:
    • No-shows
    • Late arrivals
    • Partial attendance (fewer people visiting than booked)
  5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
